Homewood Suites by Hilton Cedar Rapids North

Rooms are clean and very spacious (this is a plus). Breakfast is convenient if you need to start your day early, missed hardboiled eggs though. Housekeeping policy is every other day which I did not appreciate. For implementing this, housekeeping needs to be more thorough. I stayed here 6 days with only two housekeeping visits. Bed was made only once, I had to ask to clean the bathroom, coffee supplies were not refilled, trash was not picked up, etc. Staff is friendly except one front desk guy on the weekend did not seem to enjoy his job.

Great hotel great staff clean rooms awesome breakfast they also have social Wednesdays almost like a little dinner that's cool .... Most definitely will be back And when it's snowing you can do donuts in the parking lot across the street lol

Rooms are spacious and mostly clean. The sofa was pretty heavily stained and had an odd odor. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, even for a typical continental breakfast. Watery eggs and pulled pork? No waffle machine so our go-to when breakfast stinks wasn’t even an option. Just a thought, employees probably shouldn’t be taking the prime parking spaces so guests that are loading and unloading vehicles have a convenient place to do so.

Location was a little awkward, but the rooms and service cannot be matched! Amazing! I’ve stayed at the Hilton chain hotels for many years and this is one of the best that I’ve stayed in!

For the price, the rooms were really decent. We came in for a quick weekend of wrestling, so I was working under a budget. Is 6 people in a room ideal? No. But the room had space for a blow-up, the pull out put on the floor made it sleepable, and ear plugs took care of the rest. Some kids were not keen on the breakfast, but on Sunday, the pork carnitas with cream sauce, pickled onions and salsa verde was amazing. I just wish my nervous stomach let me try the Chicken Tinga on Saturday. Would I go on a Wednesday night just to try the social hour and have breakfast already for me the next morning? Yes. I probably would. Tip to management - 1 employee on the evening shift during AAU Girls State is probably not the best scheduling choice. The guy did great but the stress was great.

We did not have a reservation . Corey was wonderful at check in . Found us a great suite. Very helpful and great at customer service ! Room was perfect , we will be looking for more of these hotels when we travel. Separate living room , kitchen with full size fridge , comfy bed. Will be back for sure . And breakfast - best free hotel breakfast we have had . Lots of protein options . Well done everyone!

A loud shout out to the food staff for their menu planning and quality of breakfasts available. Best hotel breakfast I can remember. Staff checked food area often; keeping everything clean and covered. We have been sharing our experience with others. Everyone else at the hotel was kind and professional. Our room was clean. The towels were perfect: thick and absorbent. Our stay was great.

Great location in Northeast Cedar Rapids! The room key did not work after obtaining three separate ones but staff was very friendly and assisted promptly. The rooms are spacious but showing some wear and tare. Overall an average but decent stay for the cost.
